Lightning

Lightning is detected on our site with a Boltek lightning detector and decoded and displayed with Astrogenic NexStorm software. The two determine the type of lightning (cloud to ground, cloud to cloud and polarity) by the electronic signature of the signal produced by the device. Direction is determined by the device which uses internal directional antennae.
